Anyone who cooks knows you can make meat patties out of cooked salmon, tuna, chicken and turkey, but have you ever tried beef or venison? There are a million recipes out there, so I'll let you look up your own, but these are equal parts (by volume) cooked meat and bread, an onion, seasonings, and 2 beaten eggs, chopped and mixed in a food processor.
Form into patties and fry in butter while making your favorite gravy. This is venison/portabella mushroom gravy made from the stock we rendered from the venison bones once we had roasted that baby up.
Of course salt-baked organic potatoes made it absolutely perfect!
