365 Project #89 A Little Glamour, A Lotta Work

Our band Play It Again plays cool oldies that we love and we dress up all retro and spiffy for the shows.  What doesn't show onstage is the work that goes on behind the scenes.  We practice every week and when we have a gig, we load up our toys, drive, play and sing, load it all back up and go home.  This photo by Marty Hayworth captures a little of that for me, sequins and hardware, I like it a lot.  Below the photo is our most recent video, have fun!  Click on the YouTube icon for HD.

Puppies At 4 Weeks!

PUPPIES!!!

Our friends Kuniyo and Jerry have a dog named Fifi who had pups 4 weeks ago.  I've been recording them once a week to give them a nice memento of the event AND to help the pups get adopted to folks who really want them.

It's a great project because Don and I are allergic to dogs and cats.  We have to go to our friends' homes to get our 'dog fix'.  We're good for the week!
