For those who know me it should come as no surprise that I'm a longtime supporter of the LGBT Community and I firmly believe that human rights don't just belong to some of us, they belong to all of us.

I've been so pleased that no less a prestigious organization than Google has always been in the forefront of equal rights, by word and deed, encouraging diversity and dignity in its messages and work practices .
